2. Data we collect
- Details you send us: name, email, business type, what you need and any message, when you use the contact form or email us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, created automatically when you visit (server logs).
- Cookie and storage data: only as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal (contract or steps before a contract).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent where the law requires it.
- To send you follow-up about your request (legitimate interests). We do not send unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our work for you (for example hosting, email, form handling, scheduling and analytics tools), under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the form.
